Description

The torch was originally created for gratins and caramelising flammkuchen, crme brle or crme caramel.
Sugar is turned into smooth melted caramel almost immediately with the 800C flame.
The gas torch is also suitable for firing up barbecues and chimneys or lighting cigars.
The Fackelmann kitchen gas torch works with butane gas
Screw on the gas and press the button to light the turbo flame. The strength of the flame can be varied with the dial. When you turn off the gas, the flame goes out. The gas burner can be turned off easily and safely in breaks.
