One (Single) nickel and white Amerock Marathon concealed pivot/knife hinge CM2665L-14. This left hand hinge is for cabinets 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick with 1/2 inch overlay. Please see diagram for how these hinges mount on cabinet door. Slot holes allow horizontal and vertical adjustment.
